PROET S.A. assists you in your big decision to invest in building a house in the city or the country, and guarantees a design of high aesthetics and a structure of high quality and durability. Furthermore, the usual delays in most house building projects are eliminated and the predefined time of completion/handing over is always respected. PROET S.A. provides you also with close co-operation and assistance throughout the construction period.
Our in-house Design Department can undertake the complete Architectural, Structural, and M&E Designs for your house in compliance with your wishes and specific requirements. Alternatively, our Design Department can adapt an existing Design, compiled by your Architect, to the prefabricated system which shall be eventually selected.
In either case all pertinent Shop Drawings, including detailed M&E Drawings, are prepared, customized to your requirements, and are subsequently applied for the production of the prefabricated elements.
PROET S.A. can also either fully undertake the issuance of the Building Permit for your house, or provide assistance therein.
